Shipping Policy

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹1990.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: A flat shipping charge of ₹149 applies to orders below ₹1990.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • The estimated delivery period for clothing items is 7 to 14 working days, depending on product availability and location.
  • Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Upon dispatch from our warehouse, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details at their registered email address.

Important: If the packaging appears tampered with upon arrival, we strongly advise you not to accept the parcel. DeeDee cannot be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from acceptance of compromised deliveries.


Reverse Pickup Policy for Exchanges

We offer reverse pickup services for eligible exchange requests within India, subject to a nominal fee of ₹250 for reverse logistics.

  • In cases where reverse pickup is not supported at your location, we kindly request you to arrange self-shipment of the product at your own expense and risk.
  • The return address and further instructions will be provided by our customer support team upon approval of your exchange request.

Tracking Your Shipment

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via registered email and can also be accessed through our website.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking details, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.
