We do not offer any kind of product return or refund.


🛍 Exchange Guidelines

✅ Pre-Shipment Quality Assurance

All items are verified by our team and carry a Quality Check Stamp to confirm:

  • No manufacturing defects
  • No fabric damage
  • No irregularities

Note: Items with this stamp are not eligible for exchange due to claims of defect, damage, or quality issues.


👗 Size-Related Exchanges

We understand online sizing can be tricky! Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags are intact
  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping cost

📦 Incorrect Item Received

If you’ve received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Here’s what to do:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours
  • Share photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll process an exchange free of charge

📏 Size Exchange Details

  • Timeline: Submit requests within 48 hours of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags
  • Valid reasons include:
    • Incorrect size or product received
    • Verified defect
    • Size doesn’t fit and a different available size is requested

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items

🔄 Exchange Process & Charges

  • Reverse shipping fee of ₹149 applies
  • Email your request to helpdesk@deedee.co.in
  • Processing time: 24–48 hours post-email
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

⚠️ Reporting Defective Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery at helpdesk@deedee.co.in
  • In areas without pickup service, self-shipping is required
  • Minor print or color variations from handcrafted production are not considered defects

⏳ Processing Timeline

Approved exchanges take 10–12 business days from approval and receipt of goods
Updates are shared via your registered email


🛒 Out-of-Stock & Store Credit

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit or a suitable replacement will be offered
Exchanges are allowed only within the same product category


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, in line with our no-return and no-refund policy


🚚 Reverse Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup available within India for eligible orders, charged at ₹149
  • If pickup isn’t possible, customers must self-ship at their own cost and risk.
